AlertMe are the first self-install consumer device company to partner with Google PowerMeter and the only one with a product available in the UK. AlertMe Energy customers can now access their home’s data through Google PowerMeter or their iGoogle homepage, in addition to the AlertMe online dashboard. The iGoogle homepage is yet another place that AlertMe makes energy visible to consumers.

Consumers choose to “opt-in” to Google Powermeter - no data is sent to Google unless the consumer elects to do so.

British Gas are currently trialling the AlertMe online heating product and also selling AlertMe Energy directly to their customers.
