17% of UK homes need less than £3k to get energy-efficient

A recent study by The Energy Saving Trust has found that 17% of homes in Britain are at the very worst end of the energy-efficiency spectrum. But it also concludes that these energy-guzzling homes could be substantially improved for less than £3k a household. Campaigners are calling for the government to provide more financial incentives to improve standards. Check out the full story here.
