Firstly, a huge “thank you” to those customers who took the time to complete our survey. I’m very pleased that so many customers took the time to do this – giving us a large-enough set of responses that we can draw statistically-meaningful conclusions from the results.
For most participants the biggest attraction is probably the opportunity to influence what AlertMe delivers over the coming months - but we always run a prize draw as well, as an extra “thank you”, and the winner has now been picked at random and notified.
We asked a lot of questions and your answers will guide us in many ways: to improve the quality and reliability of our service, to make it clearer to install and use, to improve its value, and to understand which new features you’d like to see next from us, to keep your AlertMe service fresh and exciting.
