Tell us your story
We are always trying to learn from our customers and develop AlertMe according to your experiences. New software release
We are very pleased to announce that version 1.20 of our softwarever1.2 is rolling out to all our customers as we speak. It features many new exciting features including; Night Mode which means you can arm various sensors at night protecting you and your family while at home; and Presence where the system will now react to people coming and going from your house. All existing customers should shortly receive an email or call from a member of our customer support team notifying you of your upgrade. Insurance discount with NW Brown
AlertMe customers can now enjoy a 15% discount on their current or renewal house insurance premiums by purchasing their insurance through NW Brown. All the information you need is on the website under the FAQ section or you can contact NW Brown direct by emailing
